Privacy

If you join the waitlist we store your email address, the country you selected if you chose one, and the date and time you signed up. That is everything.

There are no advertising pixels on this site, and no tracking that follows you to other sites.

We use Matomo to count visits and see which pages people read. We run it on our own infrastructure rather than sending the data to an advertising company, and we do not share it with anyone.

It is set up without cookies, so it does not store anything on your device and does not follow you across other sites. It also respects your browser's Do Not Track setting: if you have that on, nothing is recorded at all.

What it records is the page you looked at, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device and browser you used. It does not record anything that identifies you.

To write to you when Ziro opens where you are, and to understand roughly how much interest there is in each market. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.

In a managed Postgres database hosted in the European Union. We do not sell the list, rent it, or pass it to advertisers.

Until launch, or until you ask us to remove it. If Ziro does not launch, the list is deleted.

Under GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Email us and we will action it. You can also complain to your national data protection authority — the Data Protection Commission in Ireland, or the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK.
